1. Double-click on the message in your Inbox to open it
2. Click the "View" menu
3. Click "Message Source"
4. Select all text of the message
5. Right-click on the selection and choose "Copy" from the pop-up menu
6. On GDI Spam Abuse Report form, right-click in the large text box, and choose "Paste" from the pop-up menu
